Alma Banks

Alma F. Banks passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on August 12 at the age of 85.

Alma is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, William A. Banks, Sr., her children (William A. Banks, Jr., Deborah A. Banks, Bryan K. Banks), grandchildren (Mia L. Cunningham, Ian J. Banks-Clark) and great-grandson (Jackie N. Winchester).

Alma was born on January 13, 1934 in Rio Grande, OH. She was one of eleven children born to Elmer and Almeda Cofer.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Alma was a member of Woodland Christian Church for 50 years, active Sheppard Community Association member, crafter and adoptive grandmother to many. She will be greatly missed by those whom had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.

Family will receive friends Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 9am until time of service 10am at Woodland Christian Church, 143 Woodland Ave., Cols, OH  43203.  Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Monday August 19, 2019 at 11am.  Arrangements by WHITE’S FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 867 S.
