Betty Jean Looney

Betty Jean Looney was born on December 28, 1937 to the union of the late Corliss Williams and Gladys Worth Williams in Beckley, West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, daughter Denice, both parents, and nine siblings. Betty Jean Looney passed away November 16, 2018.

Those that are left to cherish precious moments are her brother Robert Lee (Renee) Williams, Sons: Robert (Gwen) Looney of Columbus, Ohio, Thomas (Cheryle) Looney, and Daughter: Doris (Andre) Peaks of Gahanna, Ohio. Seven grandchildren, Nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Betty worked and retired from the Columbus Public School System of Ohio and Riverside hospital after 28 years of dedicated service. Everyone that came across her path felt it was a pleasure to have known her.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 10:00am at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Chapel, 5600 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH  43213.
