Carmilla Jane Stallings

Carmilla Stallings-Carter made her transition at home in her sleep returning to her spiritual source. Carmilla was an unconditional giver. Her life was spent devoted to others. She was always giving away what she had very little of, without ceasing. She would even give you a piece of her mind but always out of love. When Carmilla was in the room, so was fun and laughter. 

Preceded in death by her aunt, Linda Radcliff (Richards), grandmother, "Gran" LIllian (Suber) McCoy, uncles William Richards, "Putnan" Albert Richards. 

Survived by daughter Randilee Carter; grandchildren, Carmen Budgett and Coldyn Budgett; mother, Cynthia "CJ" Stallings; father, Leon Stallings; brothers, Bryan Stallings and Lenaer Stallings; sister, Yolanda "Harmoni" Stallings; brother, Marcel (Karen) Stallings; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
