Robert Watson

Robert Watson was born August 18, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio to Etta Watson. He departed this life on October 18, 2019 at the Canal Winchester Rehabilitation Center.

He attended the Columbus Public school and shortly after high school he married Lillie Mae Morton. To this union was born three children, Antoine Lamar, Robert LaDane, and Latonia Marie Watson. His nick name was Chuck-A-Luck! Lovely given to him by his children! H worked in many warehouses doing factory labor, as well construction/demolition. He was a handy man around the local neighborhoods. He was well known and loved.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Etta Watson; son, Antoine Watson, brothers, Anthony and Charles Watson. He leaves to cherish his memory, son, Robert La Dane Watson, daughter, Latonia Watson, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, two brothers, Arthur (Geneva) Watson and Richard Watson, two sisters, Emma Robinson and Barbara (Phillip) Johnson, nieces, nephews an friends.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 5:00pm until time of service at 6:00pm at Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, 1200 Brentnell Avenue, Columbus, OH 43219
