Sandra, daughter of the late Harve and Rosetta Earl, was born April 7, 1957 in Norfolk, Virginia. She received her call to our eternal King on November 29, 2018.
Sandra was educated in Norfolk, Virginia and completed her education in Fallon, Nevada.At an early age Sandra became a member of the Bethany Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Jake Manley Sr. Sandra was employed as a customer service representative for Greyhound and for the city of Columbus, Ohio and Norfolk, Virginia as a school bus driver. After she retired, she became a full-time housewife, mother, nana, sister, and friend.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by two sisters; Shirley Coleman and Robnett McCullar; and grandson Brailon Hunter.
Sandra leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 42 years Leslie Carter Sr., four sons; Christopher (Lottiea) Earl. Leslie Carter Jr. (Natasha), Samuel (Leah) Carter and Frank Hoffman, her princess pride and joy, Nyla Marie Grace, all of Columbus, Ohio. Twenty grandchildren; Erick, Asia, Patrice, Kymaree, Jonathan, Mekhi, Malik, Milton, Lamont, Malacha, Dontavian, Asia, Jamira, Christiea, Robert, Matthew, Nikayla, Shahid, Shakirah and Frank Jr.; five great grandchildren; Roman, Nathan, Kyrie, Phoenix, and Chondell. Three sisters; Charlene Wilson (Bruce), Albany, NY, Jeanette Barnes, Kim Morris (Warren), Norfolk, VA. One brother in love, John Eury, three sister in-laws; Wanda Henderson, Linda Robertson, Fleda Carter; five sons in love; Greg, Jeremy, Jeremiah, Shan and Emmitt and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
