William Smith Obituary

William H. Smith, Jr. another soldier gone to get his just reward. He fought a good fight; he kept his faith and now home to be with God.

Gunnery Sergeant William H. Smith, Jr. the son of the late William H. Smith, Sr and Lilly Smith. He was was born June 18, 1934 in Columbus, OH where he attended Columbus Public Schools. After graduation from high school he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp where he retired after 23 1/2 years. Survived by children, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

The family would like to thank Whites Funeral Home & Cremation for their compassion and making all the arrangements go smoothly we would also like to thank all who loved him.
