Aliyah Sante Hullum was born on January 27, 2006 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. A true blessing to her parents William and Shawnte; Hullum. Born at just 26 weeks, Aliyah showed just how strong she was by defying the odds and being released from the NICU less than 3 months later. No health issues in sight. Our time together was filled with so much love  and laughter.

Affectionately known as LeLe by close friends and family, she took pride in being a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, auntie, cousin and friend. She brought nothing but joy to everyone in her presence. She laughed at all her dad’s jokes. You couldn't pay her to say a curse word. Not to mention that sweet baby's voice was EVERYTHING!

As a junior attending Eastmoor Academy, LeLe was excited to pursue a career in IT like her brother-in-law Dom. She loved reading graphic novels, playing games on her iPad and having movie nights with the family. Her idea of a perfect day would be getting a Grande Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and going to Barnes & Noble, while on a sister date with both Talia and Sequoia. It was an honor to raise such a beautiful soul. Who would have ever guessed we would only get 18 years to love on her.

Aliyah became our guardian angel at 12:52pm on Saturday February 10, 2024. She fought so hard in the hospital for 3 weeks, against a rare autoimmune disorder before taking her last breath peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Although we hate that she had to leave us, we are comforted in knowing she is no longer in pain and is resting peacefully, now surrounded  by the love of the Lord and her family members up above.

She is preceded in death by Grandfather, Willie D. Watson; Grandmother, Betty A. Williams; Cousin, April N. Harris(Freeman); Cousin, Chilles D. Powell.

Her memories will be cherished by her Parents, Shawnte’ and William Hullum; Sisters, Talia (Dominique) Crosby, Sequoia Coffey-Hullum; Brothers, Kydel Williams; William Hullum Jr.; Grandmother, Marie Hullum; Grandfather, Vernon Williams Sr.; Aunties, Otelia Powell, Ebony Veal, Ti’Cierra Watson; Uncles, Vernon (Cherry) Williams Jr, Deshaun Watson; Godparents  Tammy and Eric Ramsey; Nephew, Grayson Crosby; Niece, Yara Crosby; Great aunties and uncles, cousins, and friends.

Forever in Our Hearts, our Minds and Our Dreams. Rest Easy My Love
