Andrea L. Jackson

Andrea L. Jackson, transitioned, March 5, 2022. Family will receive friends March 19, 2022 at 11:00 am until time of Memorial Service at 11:30am, End Time Apostolic Christian Holiness Church, 650 S. Warren Avenue, Columbus, OH  43204.  Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. 

Andrea Lavonne Jackson known as Dre or Drea to many of her friends was born to Gwendolyn (Joyce)Thomas and Glenn L. Jackson on April 14, 1977 and transitioned to the next one on March 5, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her Father Glenn L. Jackson. Her legacy will continue through her children, Alyssa, Regina and Anthony Jackson, Jeremy, Jada, Jasmine, Jayceon, Jayden and Jhene Beatty, her granddaughter Ava Phillips. Also, her mother Gwendolyn Joyce Thomas and brother Jonathon E. Thomas Sr. and a host of relatives and friends that had the opportunity to know and love her.

 Andrea spent most of her early life in Texas and began working at an early age at a grocery store, later a variety of jobs such as fast food, factory jobs, a case manager at Alvis house and lastly at The Gap where she worked many years. She always understood the necessity of providing for her family, but she also knew the importance of spending quality time with them. 

Andrea had a passion for good food and shared it with family and friends often by going with them to new restaurants she had found or cooking them gourmet meals. She enjoyed swimming, music, good movies and spending time with family and friends; She will be missed.
