A Life Well Lived

Barbara Marie Robinson, affectionately known as Barb, passed away peacefully at her home in Westerville, Ohio, on October 15, 2025, at the age of 77.

She was born on April 18, 1948, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to Paul B. and Loretta M. Henderson. In 1960, her family moved to Columbus, Ohio, where Barb graduated from Bishop Hartley High School in 1965. She went on to serve her community with dedication and integrity, working for the City of Columbus at the Columbus Police Department until her retirement in December of 2000.

In 1976, Barb met the love of her life, Will Robinson, Jr., and they were married in 1980. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion, raising one son, Paul Robinson, who was her pride and joy.

Barb’s presence was a blessing to all who knew her — her kindness, sharp wit, and unwavering strength touched the lives of family, friends, and colleagues alike. She was a woman of grace, warmth, and quiet faith, whose legacy lives on in the family she cherished and the community she served.

Preceded in Death

Her paternal grandparents, William Henderson and Emma M. Keys; maternal great-grandmother, Sally Watson; maternal grandfather, Jake Hewitt; parents, Paul B. and Loretta M. Henderson; and her beloved husband, Will Robinson, Jr.
