Beverly Cowan Obituary

Ms. Beverly Kay Cowan, 63, went home to be with her ancestors, Lord and Savior, Friday, November 6, 2020.

She was born on February 12, 1957 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Henry Clay Cowan and Susie Davis. Both parents preceded her in death.

She was a breast cancer survivor. She has been giving back to various breast cancer awareness groups such as American Cancer Society to find a cure so that others wouldn't have to indure the struggle she did to overcome her battle with Cancer. She enjoyed giving back and helping others. She loved sharing her wisdom amongst her friends and family.

She leaves behind a daughter; Latisha Cowan Simmons, of Toledo, Ohio. A son Lindel Upshaw that resides in Columbus, Ohio. Seven grandchildren, Davonte, Demarco, Davion, Shakira, Dameria, Adonis and Atreo.

She was preceded in death by her younger brother Aaron Clay Cowan.
