Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services, 867 S. James Road, Columbus, OH 43227.

Charlotte Ellen Kelly-Hill was born to Margaret Floralee Kelley & Charles Henry Kelley on January 24th, 1952, in Zanesville Ohio. Charlotte was one of ten children.

From 1958 to 1985, Charlotte moved back and forth between Yuma Arizona and Zanesville, Ohio, before finally settling down in Columbus, Ohio. In those years she gave birth to her children Martinus L. Kelly, Regina A. Kelly and Jason L. Kelly. Along her journey She gained two bonus sons Matthew Clements and Deshawn Kelley which she loved as her own.

Charlotte spent time working as a home health aide, preschool teacher and in hotels.

Charlotte loved caring for others. She had a way of making everyone feel special. From sharing birthdays (LaCrisha) to giving out one-of-a-kind nicknames to everyone. She enjoyed spending her free time going to bingo with her sisters and friends on the weekends.

She loved to sing, dance and make everyone around her laugh. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret & Charles Kelley; siblings, Thelma, Wesley, and Leslie; and grandson, Lawrence D. Kelly.

Charlotte leaves to cherish her memory, her children Martinus (former wife Michelle), Regina (Maurice "Ice"), Jason (Melissa), Matthew, and Deshawn; Grandchildren Latoya (Steven "June"), Brea (Strauss) Marty (Kelly); Marchelle, Jalyn, Taryn, Jayda, Elyjah, Isayah, Bryson, Tahj, Macayla, Rueben, Kobe, and a host of great-grandchildren; Siblings James, Flora, Charles, Priscilla, Donald, and Shirley; Bonus Daughters LeVora and Krissy.

An Angel on Earth, she will truly be missed
