Clarence Robinson, 64, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025.
Born on June 10, 1961, Clarence grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, where he graduated from The Rayen High School. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army, a chapter of his life that shaped his enduring sense of duty and compassion.
Following his military service, Clarence dedicated his professional life to supporting fellow veterans, spending his final working years at the Veterans Administration in Columbus. He was known among colleagues and patients alike for his humor and quiet strength.
Clarence was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Edna Southerland-Robinson and Clyde Robinson Sr., and his dear sister, Jorita Bowers.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Ebony Marie Robinson-Street; his brothers, Clyde Robinson Jr., David Summit, William “Bebe” McKinley, and John Davenport; and his cherished grandchildren, Bailey and Hailee Street. Clarence also leaves behind his former wife and dear friend, Barbara J. Robinson, along with a host of extended family and friends who will continue to celebrate his life and legacy.
He will be remembered not only for his service and dedication but for his warmth, integrity, and the kindness he extended to all who crossed his path.
