Clarence Demetrius Sullivan was called home to be with his maker April 19, 2021. He was born February 13, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio. Demetrius graduated from South High School. A few years after graduating high school, Demetrius registered in the army.

Demetrius was loved by many. His infectious smile, his quirky sense of humor, his intellectual depth and compassion, and sincere bear hugs made him so easy to love. Having modeled for some time, his fashionable swag, his cool stride, and his physical presence left nothing to the imagination about who he was. He also was active in acting and promoting local musicians in his pass time.

He accomplished many things over the course of his life. He has three beautiful children, and other personal accomplishments. Demetrius loved the Lord and knew the word, and once aspired to be a pastor. He preached his first Sermon over the pulpit of Pilgrim Baptist Church, the church he was raised in. He also served his country in the military, had a career in Real estate, and various other sales positions, and finished his professional work career as an IT help desk technician. He had many friends who loved him. It's no surprise that by looking over the landscape of his life, it’s clear that he was a giver. He always found a way to light up a room and make everybody comfortable being around him.

He often talked about finding his true purpose and living it out. But sometimes, as imperfect humans, we overlook the obvious in our personal pursuits in life. He far exceeded his purpose. He made so many others better just by being a presence in their lives. What greater purpose is there then that!

Clarence Demetrius Sullivan was preceded in death by both of his parents Clarence and Alma Sullivan. He is survived by his three children, Tanashea Demetria Sims, Demetrius "E-Man" Sullivan and Damiiya Anders. bonus daughter Niki Washington, and a host of other family and friends.
