Curtis Tobias (Jr.) Nobleton

Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 2048 Denune Avenue, Columbus, OH 43211.

Curtis Tobias Nobleton, Jr., 50, was born on June 19, 1972, in Dayton, Ohio to Curtis Sr. and Gayle Nobleton. Curtis was the only child.

Curtis Jr. graduated from Independence High School where he played the saxophone in the Jazz and Marching Band. Curtis Jr. loved to fish, considered himself an artist, gourmet cook, and was an avid Ohio State Football Fan. He also loved the bright lights of Las Vegas. Curtis Jr. was a lover of dogs; he had at least 8 during his lifetime. He was employed as a bus driver for Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) for 13 years.

He loved his two sons and grandchildren. Curtis Jr. leaves to cherish his memories: Parents Curtis Sr. and Gayle Nobleton, Sons Forrest (Shantasi) Nobleton, Curtis Nobleton III, Grandchildren Savannah, Forrest, and Canyon Nobleton; Uncles Leroy Tanyhill, Horace (Vivian) Jones; Aunts Loraine Morris of Grand Rapids, MI., Eleanor Kendrick, Sharon Tanyhill, Tina (Curtis) Moore, Shauna Jones, India (Steve) Franklin, Tracy (Clarence) Burrs of Columbus, Ohio, many Cousins and Special Friends.
