It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father and brother, Darrell E. Walker Jr. affectionately known as Si, who left us June 25, 2024 at the age of 45.

Si was a cherished member of our family and a friend to many. His life though cut short was filled with love, laughter, and precious memories.

Si was a real one. He was a devoted father, a loving son and a loyal brother, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his loving mother and father, Caroll K. Walker and Darrell E. Walker, Sr. Survived by his sons, Darrell E. Walker, III; Asante Walker; and J’Leon Walker; his grandson Asiah Walker, his brother Kimwana-Kai (Kellie) Walker and his sister Shannon (Tonya) Walker, and his extended family and friends who will forever cherish  the memories they shared with him.

Rest in heaven, Darrell E. Walker, Jr. Your spirit will continue to guide us, and your memory will remain in our hearts forever.
