A Celebration of Life Service for family & loved ones will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 1:00 pm at The B.I.C. Community Building, 261 Mechanic Street, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
Diane Lynn Vannoy-Wilson was called home to be with the Lord at 3:00 am on February 7, 2024 after a long battle with COPD and Lung Cancer. She was a loving & caring mother, daughter, sister, and auntie. The doors of her home were always open to any of the people in her community. Diane was a woman of great faith who was a member of The Original Glorious Chillicothe, Ohio, under Bishop Melvin Maughmer.
Diane was preceded in death by parents Marvin Woodfork & Helen Joanne VanNoy Russell; Sisters Gloria Woodfork and Dorothy Ann Washington; Brothers Danny Woodfork, Benjamin Woodfork and James Cox.
She is survived by loving Daughters Brenda Kay VanNoy, Tauna Joanne (Daniel) Nsor, and Tyra Lynn (Andre) Wright; Brothers Edward (Marketa) Vannoy and Marvin Woodfork; Sisters Debbie Hughes and Linda Vannoy; Grandchildren LaRioja, Destiny, Van, Tydale, TyQuis, Tyesha, TyAris, Helena, Isaiah, one Great Grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews & cousins, special sister-in-laws Marketa Vannoy, Linda Woodfork and special friend Annie Beverly.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the medical team who cared for Diane long term: Dr. Kelsey Black, Dr. Rebecca Perkins, Dr. Anita Ndife. All of the staff at The Landings of Westerville especially Courteney and Angie. Appreciation is extended to White's Funeral and Cremation Services family for their special care.
