Calling Hours (only 10 at a time), Friday, December 4, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at White's Funeral Home Chapel. Masks are required. Private Family Service (50 maximum) at 11:15 a.m. Tickets are required for entry. Interment Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive flowers at the funeral home.

Ernestine Alston born August 16, 1947 to the late Edith Daniels and Shelly Daniels. Ernestine (Ernie) gained her wings on November 22, 2020 at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Ernie attended Columbus Public Schools. She was employed at Aramark Uniform Services for 20 years. She’s proceeded in death by son Cecil Alston, grandmother Ludie Armstrong, uncle Orlando Armstrong, five sisters, two brothers and best friend Sharon Bowman-Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughters Sharon (David) Sabree, Michelle (Kyle) Price, Latricia (Joseph) Alston, and Rachelle Alston; grandkids TiNesha (Antonio), Cecil (LaKeesha), Mark (Alison), Jasmine (Antonio), Tyria (Damieon), TiJuanna, TiEra(Jerry), Maurice, Moniquia, David (Demara), Keyanna, LaMyca, and Kennedy; 24 great-grandkids; sisters Janet (Ricky) Daniels, Barbara (Doug) Gross, Marva (Charles) Walker, special cousin Ray (Elvira) Burley, special niece Meca, nephews Anthony, Devon, DonTay and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
