Now I am going home to live with God.

An invitation was given to Forrest Williams by God on September 8, 2024 at Ohio State University East. Forest accepted the invitation and walked hand-in-hand with his true best friend to his heavenly home. He now rests in the arms of his savior.

Forest Williams was born on July 27, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio. He was educated in the Columbus public school system. Forest was employed at General motors company until he retired.

Forest had a magnetic personality that drew to him. He never met a stranger and had a giving heart, and sweet spirit. Forest loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

Forest had a relationship with God, when he was asked, “Forest how are we doing?” His response will be “God woke me up this morning.”

Forest was proceeded in death by his father Joseph Delmare Williams Sr., Mother Beatrice Ann Williams, Sister Yvonne Williams, Brother Anthony Williams, and Nephew Paul Jenne Williams. 

He is survived by his sister Rita Williams, Laverne Archie, Yvette (Preston) Robinson, Aldean (Gary) Andrews, Bobby Jo Williams,  Tracy Williams, Brother Joseph Delmare Williams Jr., And a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
