age of 13. Later, she moved her membership to Macedonia Baptist Church, where she was a diligent
worker attending annual Lott Carey conventions and serving on the Deaconess Board. (Later earning
Emeritus status) She was a member of The Rose of Sharon, Lenora Young Mission, Maturity Ministry and
Hospitality Ministry. She served in other capacities for as long as she had strength.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, George M. Levert, Sr.; parents Charles and Eva Bell;
Brothers, Willis and Alphonso Bell; Sister, Charlene Penson. Survived by her son, George M. Levert, Jr.
(Lisa), Only Grandson, Gabriel L. Levert, all of Reynoldsburg, Oh; Sister-In-Law, Pat Bell, Los Angeles, CA;
