Grace Anita Manns was born March 3,, 1953, to Leon J. and Mary E. Manns. Preceding her in death are her parents, sister Marjorie Manns, brothers Cecil Manns & Eddie Oaks, grandson Marquise Manns, niece Tameko Manns, nephew El-Jay (PeeWee) Manns, brother-in-law Clyde Phillips I, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Grance leaves to cherish her memory, Sister Alice Philllips, Sons, Leon Manns, Kelly (Anitra) Manns, Daughter Angel Manns. Grandchildren Leondra and LeKeyata Williams Marqwan and Raveyna Manns. Anitra and Kelly Manns Jr., Mary and Antonio Manns. Nieces Alicia Jenkins, Cecilia (Chekh) Diallo. Nephews Edwin Manns, Lonnie Manns, Michael turner, Clyde Phillips II, Aunt Lula B.
