Mrs. Helen Doloris Cermack (Lola) 82 of Columbus, Ohio, passed peacefully at home on December 26, 2021.

Mrs. Helen D. Cermack (Lola) was born in Roanoke, Virginia to John Arthur Johnson Sr, and Mary Ruth Johnson. She went to school in Roanoke. She married Terry Cermack in December of 1978 in Columbus, Ohio.

Mrs. Helen Cermack is preceded in death by Terry Cermack (Husband), John Arthur Johnson Jr, (brother), Howard Lee Johnson, (brother), Mary Louise Johnson, (sister).

Helen was blessed enough to have only worked at three different employers Federal Glass, Westinghouse, and Columbus Public Schools Transportation for 30 plus years. Helen was a devoted Catholic who enjoyed life to the fullest. Lola enjoyed traveling with her husband going fishing in Fremont, Hoover Dam and gardening. Lola loved to “Shop”, Boy did she love to Shop, she had a pair of shoes for every outfit, she was a fashionista! We can all now see how our family got its sense of style & elegance.

Mrs. Helen Cermack  (Lola) is survived by her sister Barbara Ann Johnson and children Alesia Potter, Nelson Potter, Deborah Potter, and Katrina Betton, (Special Daughters) Tamika Robinson and Ashley Potter, beloved Grandchildren, Talesia Smith (Chris), Miles Moransee, D’Andre Betton, Jason Loyola, Javon Potter, Richard Potter, Paige Potter, Zaneta Carreker, Berince Potter, Latoya Potter; and 10 Great Grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and dear friends.
