Hunter Green Barnes

Hunter, affectionately known as Hunter Bunter, peacefully left his earthly post to guard us from heaven. 

You will no longer greet me,

As I walk through the door.

You're no longer here to make me smile,

To make me laugh anymore.

Life is quiet without you,

You were far more than a pet.

You were my four-legged son, family member and my friend.

...a loving soul, I'll never forget!

I will take the time to heal-

for the silence to go away.

I still listen for you,

And miss you every day.

You were such an awesome companion, constant, loyal and true,

My little boy blessing from God...

My heart will always wear these paw prints left by you.

Hunter is preceded in death by his loving Great-Great "Gran" Evelyn E. Harris. He is survived by his devoted Mother and companion, Tracee L. Barnes, Aunt Donna Shively, Cousins, Gizmo Barnes and Jack Moses. Many Aunts, Uncles, and family members.
