Inaya Kamilah V. Abdullah

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services, 867 S. James Road, Columbus, OH 43227.

Inaya Abdullah went to be with the LORD on October 31, 2023.

Inaya was born on July 27, 2005, in Atlanta Georgia to Jacqueline Sherrill and Sadiki Hashim Abdullah. She lived in Atlanta until 2009 when she moved to Columbus Ohio.

Inaya attended the French Emerson School her first three years of school then on to Harvest Preparatory school and Youth Build to finish out her education.

Inaya had a heart for the broken, she loved to volunteer with mom at the churches, passing out food, clothing and love.  She loved to sing, she had such a beautiful voice; when she was a toddler her voice would bounce off the walls with her melodies. 

I remember her coming home to tell me she was pregnant, she thought I’d be upset, but Never, ( God is the giver of Life & Death) I was filled with Joy! God knows best! Inaya’s pride and joy is India Marie Dixon! I thank God for the gift of India; ( her seed) May her seed grow exceedingly abundantly more than we ask or even imagine!

Inaya is proceeded in death by grandmother, Geraldine Sherrill, aunt Joyce Pendleton, uncle Edward Sherrill, grandfather Babatunde Haji Abdullah, grandmother Kamilah Abdullah. She is survived by her mother Jacqueline Sherrill, Father Sadiki Hashim(Charissa) Abdullah, one daughter India Dixon: Beloved Grandmother  Christine Sherrill,   Special Dad Daryl Huff, Special Mom Camishe Sterling: 4 sisters Diya & Dominque(Sumling) Huff, Ameera & Zariya Abdullah, Alexis Tuckett ; 3 brothers Hashim Abdullah, Hakeim Holmes, Hassan Abdullah.  Aunts & Uncles Sherry (Allen)Blount, Vernice(David) Washington, Alicia King, Melvin King, Jeffery Washington, Abena Abdullah, Zakiya Abdullah, Aziza Fulton, Muhammad, Jelani, Elijah, Fard Abdullah, a host of cousins nieces and nephew and a Host of Awesome Friends!

Inaya is Now at peace for eternity with the LORD! We look forward to that glorious day when All who loved Inaya and Love the LORD will be reunited with her in the presence of Yeshua- FOREVER!!!
