The family will receive friends on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, 1200 Brentnell Avenue, Columbus, OH 43219

JC “Kenny” Broomfield was born January 8, 1963, in Columbus, OH to Gloria and JC Broomfield. On June 10th, 2024, he joined his late father JC, Grandma Mona Rankin, Khalid and Quran.

JC “Kenny” Broomfield was a determined father who was filled with love, life and laughter. He enjoyed his life fishing, grilling, fish fry’s, and partying enjoying the moments. He would always help anybody that called him when needed. In 2019 JC gave his life to the Lord and was baptized at The Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith.

He leaves to cherish his memory two beautiful Daughters Kennic (Bobby) Kirk Colvin and Kenyota Broomfield. Siblings Tracey, Donnell, Lisa Craig, Velma, Trina, Tammi (Walter) Blanks. Three Granddaughters Kenisha Abbington, Heaven and Angel (Twins) Mitchell, one grandson Walter Mitchell, Jr. Five Great Grandchildren Malaysha and Mai’laya Christian, Iylin Mitchell, (Twin) Grandsons Lyve and Ledgend Christian. Mother of Daughters April (Hippie) La’Tonya, and a host of nieces and nephews, special friends Brandon Lanier, Paul Gibson.
