Celebration of Life for Jacqueline Dula and Dianna Young

Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services, 867 S. James Road, Columbus, OH 43227.

Jacqueline Dula was born on October 7, 1963, to parents late Roscoe Dula and Dianna Dula (Young) in Columbus, Ohio.

Jacqueline passed on January 6, 2026, at the residence that she was living with her mother and taking care of her in the past several years due to health issues. We pray that her passing was painless and knowing of her faith, she went to be with her Lord and Savior.

Jacqueline graduated from East High School in 1981. Afterwards she worked for Bank One for several years. She had a passion for working out and this led her to venture into Body Building and Power Lifting. Once she grouped up with other individuals at the local YMCA, she began competing in several competitions around the city and won various awards. Jakki went to London, England to compete in a Power Lifting competition where she respectfully finished in second place. Subsequently making the front page of the “Neighbor New” a local paper. Jakki also had a heart for baking where she started her own business “Jakki’s Cakes”.

Jacqueline was a loving Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Aunt and Friend. The church she was attending “At the Well Ministries Church”. We do know that Jakki was one to get involved with acts of service wherever she worshipped and be the first to help a person in need of prayer or nourishment for their body.

She is preceded in death by her father James E. Young.

Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memory: Sisters Katherine Hunt and Suzanne (Kirk) Shelby. Aunt Phyliss Covington; Cousins Michael and Martin Gilbert, Derrick, Erica and Dante Hawkins, Robin Covington, Gabrielle and Danielle Fisher;  Niece and Nephews Kirk Jr, Shaunaya, James and Robert Shelby and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
