James Bonner

Family will receive friends on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services, 867 S. James Road, Columbus, OH 43227.

James Bonner, 70, was born April 11, 1955. 

He graduated from East High School and went on to be employed by Big Bear Warehouse. Years later he retired from Pen Traffic. 

James enjoyed fishing and fun times laughing and joking with family and friends. 

He departed on Monday July 14, 2025 and is preceded in death by his Grandparents Wilbon Bonner, Sr., Grandmother: Clara Bonner, Father Wilbon Bonner, Jr., Mother Beulah Bonner, Brother Michael Bonner, Grandson Enrique Straughter, and Stepson Vinnie Straughter. 

He leaves to cherish his memories of life; Brother Jeffery Bonner, Sisters Gail Bonner and Gwendolyn Murphy, Children Erice Bonner, Erin Straughter, and Jamie Straughter, Grandchildren Armani Kenneth Knox, Erice Bonner, Jr., Elyiah Bonner, Armahd Sincere Jones, and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends Faith Alexander, and Linda Straughter.
