Family will receive friends Friday February 28, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. until time of memorial service 3:00 p.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services. 

Priscilla Lipscomb Smith, 77, was born December 30th, 1947 in Urbancrest, OH to Lafayette and Jessie Mae (Wilkins) Lipscomb Hancock. She was the 6th child out of 12 children. Priscilla passed away Wednesday February 12th, 2025. Priscilla, found the Joy of the Lord early in life while singing in her Catholic school choir and came full circle later in life when she rejoined her family church choir at Tabernacle Baptist Church.  From a very young age Priscilla always loved to read, which made her very knowledgeable in a multitude of topics. It was always fun to watch her join in on a conversation and shut the expert in the conversation down; to their surprise! Priscilla was everything ART, from freehand drawing to painting on canvas. Her personality embodied her talents, so colorful and full of life. Priscilla lived and enjoyed her life to the fullest on her own terms. She was a Daughter, Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, A Straight Shooter, A Warrior, Artist, A Women with a Giving Heart, and A Friend all rolled up in to one! To Know Her Was To Love Her!

Preceded in death by parents, Lafayette and Jessie Mae (Wilkins) Lipscomb Hancock, Thomas Hewlett (Husband), Lateef Hafeez-Bey and Larry Lipscomb (Brothers), Lafayette Lipscomb (son), Majeedah Martin, Osenetta Lipscomb and Betty Bond (Sisters).

Left to cherish fond and loving memories, Brothers: Bobby Angelle and Norman Hunt, Sisters: Teresa Perry, Elaine Irving, Elizabeth (Kay) Hancock, Sister-In-Love: Naima Hafeez-Bey.
