Steven L. O'Neill

A Memorial Service will be held to Celebrate the Life of Steven L. O'Neill on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at New Covenant Believers Church, 3400 Kohr Boulevard, Columbus, OH 43224

Steven Lawrence O’Neill, 46, of Johnstown, Ohio, passed away on April 14, 2024.  He was born on February 14. 1978 in Columbus, Ohio.

Steven attended Columbus Alternative High School. Later in life, he was employed at Medco and Healthscope Benefits where he was promoted to a Team Lead. He loved sports and was an avid fan of the Buckeyes and Detroit Lions; he also loved to sing.

He leaves to cherish his memory: His mother, Gwendolyn Milner, Stepfather, Gerald Milner. Grandmother Patricia Smith, Brothers: Mel (Ashley) O’Neill, Brandon O’Neill, Andrew O’Neill and Shane O’Neill, Sisters: Heather O’Neill and Andrea O’Neill.  Aunts and uncles: Sylvia (Joe) Harper, Karl (Rachel) Smith, Milli Smith, Marilyn Smith, Marvin Smith, Janis (James) Taylor and Diane (Tommy) Higginbotham. Also, survived by his longtime companion, Teri Shepard (children: Paige, Kiki & Matti).  He loved dearly his nieces and nephews: Taylor O’Neill, Madison O’Neill, Mel O’Neill, Jr., Peighton O’Neill and Kingston O’ Neill and Kathryn Pierce, and had a close relationship with all of his cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin I. O’Neill and niece Jordan M. O'Neill. 

Steven Lawrence O’Neill will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
