Vanessa Meadows

Vanessa Meadows departed this life August 15, 2021. Family will receive friends Friday, September 3, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at White's Funeral Home Chapel. Private family service at 12:00 p.m. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Vanessa R. Meadows was born on April 22, 1983 and departed on August 15, 2021. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to parents Alfred and Hazel Meadows.

Vanessa attended Buchtel High School in Akron, Ohio. In 2002, she moved to Columbus, Ohio and worked at several restaurants throughout the Columbus area. Vanessa attended Columbus State Community College and majored in basic courses.

Vanessa enjoyed participating in her son’s sports activities. She was very caring and helped others in need. Vanessa enjoyed spending time with her children and family.

Vanessa was preceded in death by her brother Mandrell Meadows; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Myrick; paternal grandparents, Mary Mitchell and George Meadows.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter; Brierra Turman and J’Lyn Meadows; son, Antonio Meadows; parents Alfred and Hazel Meadows; brother, Quinton Tate; sister, Destiny Wheeler and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
