Verona A. Brown, 59, went home to the Lord on Friday, February 26, 2021. Born in Columbus, Ohio on August 9, 1961 to Gaines and Emigene Wheat. She was proud to own the title of being the number one marketer in Ohio for over thirty years. A devoted member of the Choir, Health & Wellness, Sunday School, and constant supporter of the Youth Adult Ministry at New Jerusalem Church. Preceded in death by parents Gaines and Emigene Wheat, daughter Danielle Wheat, brother David Wheat, nephew Demetrius Wheat. Verona leaves to cherish her memory,  daughter Kenwanna (Jonathan) Washington; grandchildren Yaneé and Khron Clements; siblings Collins Wheat, Jerald (Carol) Wheat, Sandra (Gregory) Fortson of MD, Patricia and Priscilla Wheat; uncle Robert (Chie) Wheat of CA; aunts, Francis Brown and Peggy Dunlap; many cousins, nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.
