William “June” Pinkston, Jr., 78, of Columbus, Ohio passed away, Wednesday, September 13, 2023 after a brief illness. He was born October 15, 1944 in Caretta, West Virginia to William and Elsie Mae (Wright) Pinkston.
William is preceded in death by his parents, William and Elsie Pinkston, sisters Beatrice and Brenda J. Pinkston, brother Tyrone Pinkston and nephew Mark E. Pinkston.
He is survived by his sister Kathy Ann Pinkston, nieces Lisa Pinkston, Kimberly (Jamie) Peppers, Crystal Pinkston, Shelly Pinkston, Ericka Pinkston, and Beverly Pinkston, and nephews Tyrone (Jackie) Pinkston and Antonio (Kelley) Watson along with a host of great & great-great nieces, nephews and cousins.
To honor his memory and celebrate his life, the family will have a private memorial service.
